Telepathy

Telepathy

TELEPATHY formed in 2011, the product of three Polish brothers (Piotr, Albert & Krystian Turek) and one English guitarist (Richard Powley). The quartet’s second LP, “Tempest” was released to rave reviews globally including Metal Hammer, Kerrang!, The Quietus, Visions, Metal Hammer DE, top name a mere few.

The band have played over 125 shows in support of “Tempest” and performed at acclaimed festivals, including Roadburn, ArcTanGent, Desertfest London, and many more.

Alongside the aforementioned festivals, support tours with Sólstafir, Bongripper and Saint Vitus helped to introduce the band to a wide variety of fans and proved that Telepathy’s cohesive merging of heavy genres could turn heads wherever they went.

Following the successful album campaign for “Tempest” the band signed to widely respected Finnish record label Svart Records and their latest album “Burn Embrace” - an apocalyptic and atmospheric mix of sludge, doom, post and blackened metal - was released to another round of rave reviews from Decibel, Metal Hammer, The Quietus and New Noise magazines in 2020.

With the return of original bassist Krystian Turek (taking over four string duties from Ted Driscoll), the band are poised to restart touring and take their acclaimed live show back on the road as soon as restrictions allow.
